What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order, the tenancy is terminated effective February 2, 2024. The Tenant must pay $6,836 by January 31, 2024 or $7,786 by February 2, 2024 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $6,135.84 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by February 2, 2024.
