What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2024 unless the Tenant pays $6,261 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $4,984.23 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the hearing date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
