The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,325.14 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $31.46 per day in compensation starting February 27, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 15, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
