What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant paid all the rent owing as of the hearing date, but did not pay the $175 application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the cost of filing the application, on or before September 12, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the deadline, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
