What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $15,082 by June 30, 2023 or $15,614 by July 1, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $14,550 and vacate the unit by July 1, 2023.
