What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on June 15, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $2,638.98 by May 31, 2023 or $3,971.02 by June 15, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $541.90 plus daily compensation of $43.79 from May 12, 2023 until the move-out date.
