The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by January 28, 2022. The Tenants owe the Landlord $1,942.21, plus $58.32 per day from January 1, 2022 until the move-out date. If the full amount is not paid by January 28, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by January 28, 2022, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement.
