What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay $5,598.99 plus $29.42 per day from September 2, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting December 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
