What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenants must move out by February 17, 2023, and pay $14,639.46 plus $47.67 per day from January 31, 2023, until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 18, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
