What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenant due to the tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.

The ruling

The previous order (TNL-23519-20) is set aside, and the previous order (TNL-20006-19) is cancelled and replaced. The tenant is required to pay the January 2021 rent by January 15, 2021, and starting in February 2021, the tenant shall pay the monthly rent on or before the first day of each month for a 12-month period. If the tenant fails to make a payment, the landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenant.
