The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $23,998.50 by 2024-02-29 or $25,279.75 by 2024-03-31. If the order is not voided, the Tenant must pay $20,469.79 and vacate the unit by 2024-03-31. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement starting 2024-04-01.
