What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants did not void the N4 Notice by paying the rent arrears by the termination date.

The ruling

Unless the Tenants void the order by paying $5,554.82 by September 10, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If not voided, Tenants must move out and pay $3,050.01 plus daily compensation of $34.40 starting August 20, 2024.
