What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 4, 2021. The Tenant must also pay $57.86 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 25, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $3,706.00 on or before March 31, 2021 or $5,466.00 on or before April 4, 2021.
