Security Deposit

Security deposit capped at half a month's rent (RTA s. 19). Pet damage deposit also capped at half a month's rent.

Rent Increases Rent Controlled

Annual rent increase cap set by BC government each year (tied to CPI). No increase in first year of tenancy.
